In each quarterly issue of this newsletter for initiates of the Fifth Circle and above, Sri Doug writes a personal letter on a topic pertinent to Higher Initiates in ECK.

News and announcements for initiates of these circles are included. Plus photos and some six to ten letters from High Initiates around the world, sharing their spiritual experiences and realizations of how to live a life in service to ECK.
